Musical Director
Rick’s skills in arranging, scoring, musicianship and leadership have seen him engaged across a variety of genres as a Musical Director. Working with small ensembles through to symphony orchestras he has directed numerous stage shows, musicals, artists and corporate events for companies and producers including Stars In Concert, Bernhard Kurz, Young Guns, Warner Music & Entertainment, Champions UK, Charles Vance and many more.
Educator
For over a decade Rick has been passionately involved in educating the next generation of Music Industry professionals. With colleagues from Roland, he helped to establish a network of Roland Music Academies around the UK, developing courses and delivering workshops
and masterclasses. He has lectured and managed within the FE sector and is currently Principal and Chief Executive of Resonance, a new HE institute created in partnership with the wider music industry.
